Refund policy

You can return any purchased product to us within 30 days of receiving it.

If there is any problem with the product you received - you do not like it and it does not meet your expectations, you can contact us at tel. +359 876 099 061.
We will explain in detail all the details and the method of return.

If you purchase a product and simply change your mind, you can return it to us.

The product must have no traces of treatment - not worn, washed and/or hung. The product must have a preserved commercial appearance, original packaging and labels (without them being removed).

You must include the sales receipt with the cash receipt in the shipment.

Returning the product to us is at the customer's expense.

All shipments are opened before the amounts are paid back. Once we make sure that the shipment meets the specified conditions, the amount will be paid back to you within 7 business days in the manner you specified.

For Credit/Debit card payments, the money is returned to the card with which the payment was made.

The amount can be refunded to you in the following ways:

• Store Credit for shopping at Yalamof.com
• When paying with a Credit/Debit card, the refund is made to the card used to make the payment.
• When paying by Cash on Delivery (COD), we can refund the amount in the following ways:
  • Bank transfer
  • Postal transfer with Econt
  • Postal transfer with Speedy
  • Postal order via BG Post
