Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address, telephone number and email address, are processed by EFREAHOLIC EOOD for the performance of a contract for a purchased good or ordered service, as well as for sending information and advertising messages about the products and services of EFREAHOLIC EOOD.

I provide my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and EFREAHOLIC EOOD, and then for the shorter of:
1) the period provided for the storage of contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria
or
2) the period of 5 years

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by submitting it to the email address info@yalamof.com, as well as that my request may not be satisfied if it contradicts the fulfillment of the administrator's legal obligations or the public interest.
